Violinist/Conductor/Educator Leslie DeShazor and Assistant Music Director Peter Van Reesema, of the current Hamilton National Broadway Tour Pit Orchestra, will run clinics for our students during Friday classes!
Music and Mental Health: Parent Session #1
Child psychologist Dr. Alexandra Manion will lead the year’s first Music and Mental Health session for ESC parents, facilitating interactive experiences and engaging discussion around the relationship between mental health and the arts.
Mid-Fall Show and Tell
Our students will show off what they have learned so far this year! Please come to see what your child has been working on in class.
Explorers Instrument Lab 1
In our first Instrument Lab for the year, Explorers students will have the opportunity to try a different string instrument than the one they chose last year. They will receive instruction on the instrument they are curious about to see if they’d like to switch. If your student has been asking about playing a different instrument, this is their opportunity to try! Selections will be final at the end of the month.
